SLA Support Including TikTok
SLA timers can now be applied to TikTok conversations. Teams can define response windows, track elapsed time visually and surface overdue replies directly in the UI. Available via Labs with broader rollout coming.
AI-Powered Message Scheduling
One-off messages in conversations can now be scheduled using AI. The system determines the best send time based on engagement patterns, similar to AI scheduling in campaigns.
Calendars
Improved Tooltips in Event Settings
Calendar settings now include detailed tooltips explaining behavior and outcomes. This reduces setup errors in one of the platform’s most complex areas.
Expanded Service Appointment Editing
Unpaid service appointments can now be fully edited, including services, duration, variations and coupons. This allows real-time changes during customer calls.
Smart Alerts for Missing Locations
If a calendar event is missing a location or meeting link, the system now alerts you before it becomes a problem.

Windows App Release
