How to Enter (Getting Started Guide Highlights)

    • Agency account (or sandbox via Marketplace Portal)
    • Agency Owner/Admin access
    • Login to Developer Portal
  2. Design Your Agent
    • Define who it helps and how to measure success
    • Map happy and fallback flows
    • Identify assets: workflows, calendars, custom fields, guardrails
  3. Build & Test
    • For Conversation AI: simulate chat flows
    • For Voice AI: make test calls, review transcripts, edge-case handling (it fails gracefully, handles re‑asks, fallback paths)
  4. Package & List
    • Turn agent into a reusable template
    • Fill out listing fields: outcome, audience, sample prompts or questions, images
  5. Pricing & Submission
